CushCore is a tire insert that transforms your XC, Trail, eMTB or DH tubeless tire into a suspension system with a tune-able air spring and foam damper. The proprietary closed-cell, polyolefin foam controls compression and rebound forces. Cleverly, the patented profile also applies constant pressure on the tire sidewalls thereby adding protection and stability — even at low tire pressures! CushCore is designed to fit tight on the rim thereby locking the bead to the rim whilst maintaining a supple tread patch for grip.
