Matt is 1,75m tall and rides a size large (490mm Reach) Commencal Meta TR 29 which is a 140 rear, 160 fork with 29er’s.

Lady luck didn’t go Lombardi’s way at the SRAM WC Enduro in Jonkershoek and he flatted out of contention after posting some blitz-vinnig times. Chatting with Matt after the race, he regretted not running downhill casing tyres to cope with the gnar. Matt works with Commencal so it’s no surprise he is on one. What is a nice surprise is even though he is in the bike industry, he doesn’t use top-of-the-range drivetrain and brakes, interesting. Here’s a rundown of his race steed and setup for you.

The Commencal Meta TR is an alloy Trail Bike with great geo and kinematics that can certainly rally an Enduro.
