Results: 2024 Mont-Sainte-Anne XCO World Cup
The final race of the 2024 World Cup season is won and done.
In the Elite Men’s race, Alan Hatherly was in a class of his own. Alone and out front for most of the race, only Mathis Azzaro briefly challenged the World Champion. With this ride, Alan took the race win and secured the overall title, concluding an exceptionally successful season with a remarkable performance on one of the most challenging World Cup tracks. Elite Women
In the Elite Women’s race, it was another powerful ride by Loana Lecomte that gave her the race win and series victory. In the early stages of the race, Candice Lill out-climbed the field and it looked like a runaway victory was on the cards. After a couple laps in, a conservative approach in the tricky conditions saw Candice relinquish the lead. In the end, Loana Lecomte, Laura Stigger and Sina Frei took the first three positions with Candice out-sprinting Alessandra Keller for fourth. In the overall, Alessandra Keller is the 2024 World Cup Champion, Laura Stigger placed second and Candice Lill third. Watch the highlights here:

Under 23
In his final race in the Under 23 category, Luke Moir finished a strong fifth in Sunday’s XCO and ends the series championship with an 8th overall. With two more years of Under 23 racing ahead of her, Tyler Jacobs finished 21st in Sunday’s XCO to finish the season in 16th overall. //
