The Prologue: Lourensford Wine Estate | Sunday

It’s been quite the build-up for the Marathon World Champion and Marathon South African Champion, but they are as ready as they’ll ever be for whatever the Untamed wilderness throws their way.

Stage One: Fresh Dirt in Saronsberg | Monday

After 88K and 2450 meters of climbing, it all came down to a sprint at the line. Mona Mitterwallner and Candice Lill just missed out on the stage win but finished alongside the leaders. The fight for the overall is just beginning!

Stage Two: A Wild One | Tuesday

Candice reveals she rolled across the finish with a front flat. Despite the mishap the Marathon champs still powered to second on the stage and are right in the mix for the overall.

Stage Three: More heat and dust | Wednesday

Mona Mitterwallner and Candice Lille surged to second for the fourth day in a row. The legs are good, spirits high, and plenty of trail left in the fight for the overall. We’re right in the mix at only two minutes back.

Stage Four: The Queen Stage | Thursday

Another podium done and dusted with Mona and Candice now ready to take this fight to Sunday.

Stage Five: Final day in Wellington

Mona and Candice are still charging through the South African heat, fighting for the Cape Epic overall

Stage Six: All-In For a Stage Win

Candice and Mona are all-in for a win.

Stage Seven: P2 is locked in

One last effort to take a run at yellow.
