Chris Wagner is a full-time wrench and part-time shredder from the Stellenbosch area. Last year he switched things up and moved to an assisted ride to get more playtime. This is his Kenevo SL as raced at a local Enduro in Jonkershoek.

Chris runs his head angle in the slack position and BB in the low position which, with the stock 170mm fork gives a 62.5° head angle and 348mm BB height. He has 15mm of spacers under the stem.

The Jonkershoek Enduro covered 37km with almost 1500m of climbing and Chris rode in the standard Eco mode out of Stage and Turbo in Stage. He finished the ride with 28% battery and he never used a range extender – that’s pretty good range for a 320Wh battery.

He runs the suspension a little softer a more lively than the standard recommended settings. He doesn’t run tokens in the X2 Fox shock and sets his Fox 38 a little softer and faster than most.
