Tiffany is 1.78m tall and rides a size medium Titan Racing Cypher RS.

“Finishing the race was my main objective,” said Tiffany. “This race is truly unique and you’ll push yourself to new limits and see places you never knew existed. We rode, quite literally, through hell and high water to get to the end. Through the craziest conditions I’ve raced in.“

6th overall and 3rd in the African Jersey on her first outing at the Cape Epic is an impressive ride for young Tiffany Keep. On the finish line of stage three, we took a closer look at her race bike. Mud and all.

At the Epic, being prepared for almost any kind of mechanical is key to finishing! Taped under the bars, Tiffany has two pre-loaded plugs, a PowerLink is taped to the brake cable and there’s a partially inflated spare tube under the top tube.
