Skills Coaching: XC, Trail & eMTB riders

Join Myles Kelsey for a one-on-one or group coaching session tailored to your skill level.

Whether you are just starting out on the dirt or have been riding for years you should never stop working on your bike handling skills. We offer one-on-one or group sessions in the Cape Town CBD and Tokai for riders aged 13 and older. The clinics are run by Myles Kelsey who has a wealth of mountain bike racing experience. Myles will customize your clinic to your current skill level whilst guiding you through each element, obstacle and challenge. “.. the last session had a pretty profound effect, I’m a bit lower and centered on the bike, eyes are better trained ahead and cornering is getting faster and more stable. I also feel like I’m a lot more deliberate when applying technique, I have a much clearer picture of exactly what should be applied before entering a feature.” – Tom
“… after my skills clinic with Myles, I’ve seen an incredible improvement in my riding, especially in the technical pieces. Myles has given me the tools to tackle any trail with comfort and confidence. It’s incredible how much I learned in just one session.” – Matthew Grobler
“…Myles is a very good coach. He’s good at reading how people ride and then improving things from there. He knows how to help you reach your goals.” – Charlotte Wolfson
