Moments ahead of Stage 15 we enjoyed special access to the Lidl-Trek team for a Q&A with their Head of Performance, Josu Larrazabal.

With a mix of audience and editorial questions, we covered topics like tyre choice, bike choice, crash recovery and the boost to team morale from an early-stage win. Josu oversees everyone on the performance side of the team and offered up some interesting insights to the inner workings of the squad.
