Titan Racing Welcomes Nadia van Wyk as Official Brand Ambassador

Titan Racing, a leading name in cycling performance and innovation, is proud to announce the appointment of Nadia van Wyk as its newest Brand Ambassador, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to excellence and elite-level competition.

A dynamic and accomplished multi-sport athlete, Nadia van Wyk competes at the highest level across triathlons, duathlons, cross-country running, track events, road and mountain bike racing. With a relentless drive to test personal limits, Nadia has competed at provincial, national, and international levels, earning the prestigious title of XTERRA Off-Road Triathlon World Champion and setting sights firmly on the ultimate goal of representing South Africa at the Olympic Games.

The partnership follows an exceptional 2025 season, highlighted by multiple wins including two Mountain Bike National Titles, Triathlon National Champs, the Cape Town Triathlon, African Continental Mountain Bike Championships and the XTERRA World Championships.

Cycling plays a central role in her sporting journey. Road cycling fuels competitive performance and forms a critical foundation for triathlon and duathlon success, while mountain biking, particularly Cross-Country Olympic (XCO) racing, is where her passion meets performance. Known for its fast-paced, technical courses and punishing climbs, XCO racing demands precision, endurance, and resilience—qualities that align seamlessly with Nadia’s ethos.

One of the most defining moments of my career came in 2022, when I won the South African XCO Championships (Happy Valley; Bloemfontein) and the South African Duathlon Championships (Port Elizabeth) within 24 hours of each other, in two different provinces,” says Nadia. “That experience perfectly reflects who I am as an athlete – versatile, driven, and always ready for the next challenge.

The partnership follows an exceptional 2025 season, highlighted by multiple wins including two Mountain Bike National Titles, Triathlon National Champs, the Cape Town Triathlon, African Continental Mountain Bike Championships and the XTERRA World Championships.

Nadia embodies everything we stand for at Titan Racing.” said Iwan Kemp, Marketing Manager at Titan Racing. “From technical mountain bike racing to road cycling and multi-discipline endurance events, her dedication, results, and passion make her a powerful ambassador for our brand.

As a Titan Racing ambassador, Nadia van Wyk will represent the brand across competitions, media platforms, and community engagements, inspiring the next generation of cyclists and endurance athletes to push boundaries and pursue excellence.

2026 Goals

In 2026, my goals are all about taking the next big step forward in my cycling career. I’m determined to smash a top-five finish (or better!) at the Cape Town Cycle Tour on 8 March. It is unfinished business after placing 14th last time, and racing on home roads with the crowds will be epic. I’m also targeting a strong performance at the South African Road Championships from 5–8 February in Midvaal, with the road race serving as key early tests as I shift more focus to road cycling with my new team.” said Nadia.

For road races, Nadia will compete on the Titan Racing Valerian Carbon Ultimate (Das Hutchinson Team Edition).

February also brings the exciting opportunity to attend the OnForm team training camp in Spain, where I’ll build base mileage in the sun and properly gel with the squad before the season kicks off. Throughout the year, I aim to participate in more international events, leveraging my multidisciplinary background while exploring road opportunities and maintaining my off-road edge. I’ll continue to push in XTERRA and mountain bike racing where it fits, carrying that world-title momentum from last year and aiming to climb higher in the overall rankings.” she continued.

Alongside racing and training, I plan to balance some studies, possibly in sports management or interior design, embracing post-school life with more time to chase these dreams. After a massive 2025 that included winning XTERRA Youth B Worlds and representing South Africa at the UCI XCO World Championships, 2026 feels like the year to level up even more. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, my OnForm team family, and everyone cheering me on, let’s make it a big one.” – Nadia van Wyk

Mountain bike duties will see her pilot the Titan Racing Cypher Carbon DC Ultimate.

My new Titan Racing Valerian is really great! It feels stiff when I push hard on climbs or sprints, but it’s also comfortable right away — no strange feelings or getting tired too soon. The handling is precise, the disc brakes give me good control on descents, the electronic gears change smoothly and quickly, and the wheels roll really well for a long time. Every time I ride it, it puts a big smile on my face. It has the perfect mix of comfort and that fun feeling of building speed quickly. This bike is made for enjoying time on the road, and I really enjoy every ride! I especially love the colors on the DAS-Hutchinson team version — the purple, light blue, and green combination looks so cool and stands out beautifully.

I’ve been out on my new Titan Racing Cypher DC Gen 2 quite a bit now, and it’s been a really good experience so far. I like that there’s a flip chip and adjustable headset cups – I can set it up to be more relaxed and confident on technical sections or quicker for pedaling uphill, depending on the trail. The build is solid: Fox Factory 34 Float fork and Float rear shock (the remote lockout helps a lot when switching to climbs), SRAM XX SL electronic drivetrain that shifts effortlessly, strong Vittoria Barzo tires for good grip, and a dropper post that drops the saddle quickly when needed. On the trails, it feels planted over rough stuff but still lively and responsive. It makes the harder parts more manageable and the whole ride more fun – my confidence has definitely improved. The carbon finish looks clean, too.” – Nadia
