The Hades SE frame is designed in South Africa and constructed from a lightweight aluminum with hydroformed finishing. The rear brake and shifting cable is routed internally.The bike is fitted with 600mm wide handlebars and an 80mm travel Suntour fork. Titan Racing has specced a full hydraulic brake set from Tektro with a 180mm / 160mm rotor combination, offering excellent stopping power.The 8-speed Shimano Tourney TX derailluer is known to be trouble free and the hanger is replaceable.It’s a no-nonsense Shimano 8-speed rear cassette with lightweight aluminium hubs – front and rear.The Selle Royal is a high quality saddle, shaped for comfort.The Shimano Altus shifter is ergonomically shaped for easy shifting and features an easy-to-read gear display.The bike has 24″ x 2.25 Crown Gem Tires from the Vee Tire brand. The bike is supplied with tubes but the tires are tubeless ready.Combined with the low standover height of the frame, the saddle height and fore / aft position has a wide range of adjustability.

The Hades SE 24” kids’ bike is roughly suited to riders aged between 8 and 12 years old, who are between 1.2m and 1.5m tall. Remember, your child’s abilities are unique to them which means exceptions to this size suggestion will occur. The Hades SE is designed with a low standover height and long seat post to improve confidence and offer a wide range of fit. TIP: When you set the bike up for your shredder, they should be able to reach the ground with the ball of their foot when seated (that’s both feet) and there should be a slight kink in their elbows when their hands are on the grips.

RIDE IMPRESSIONS
The Crown Gem Tires have an aggressive tread pattern with specially designed side knobs for cornering control and an aggressive center knob for added traction and speed.For technical trails, the short seat tube and adjustable seat height improve safety and rider confidence.
